The NCAC provides legal content and training to regional and headquarters attorneys and is presented by a faculty of EPA attorneys. The Conference will continue to advance our goals of improving communication between OGC and the Offices of Regional Counsel (ORCs), promoting consistency among headquarters and regional legal offices, and providing training for OGC and ORC attorneys on counseling issues and emerging case-law on key cross-cutting issues.
